Good to know before your visit
Do I need to prepare for a massage?
Come a few minutes early and avoid a heavy meal just before the session. Tell the therapist about injuries, pain or health conditions.
Is massage suitable during pregnancy or with health conditions?
Please check with your doctor first and tell us when you book, so the therapist can advise whether and how the massage can be done.
How many anti-cellulite sessions do I need?
The effect builds over a course of sessions. The therapist will suggest a plan after the first visit.
